Noosa Triathlon
A pinnacle event on the Australian sporting calendar, the Garmin Noosa Tri is ranked one of the world’s top 10 triathlons for good reason. Teams
It’s more fun in a team! Grab a mate or two and enter as a relay team and be part of the action at one of the world's biggest and best triathlons.
Each team member can complete one or two of the legs in a relay fashion. The combined time for each leg is used to determine the overall time for your team.

| TEAM CHECK-IN |
Only one team member is required to attend Check-In on behalf of the team. Your race kit will include your teams' timing chip as well as a swim cap (for the swimmer), bike and helmet number stickers (for the rider) and race number (worn by the runner). All team members competing must be listed in your event registration |

Course Summary
2XU Swim Course
1500m oblong swim in the beautiful clear waters of Laguna Bay off iconic Noosa Main Beach. Athletes will swim in an anti-clockwise direction, with the first turn buoy at 610 metres, with swimmers completing three left hand turns before returning to shore. Be sure not to be too distracted by the local sea turtles!
Bike Course
40km out and back giving you just a taste of the lush Noosa hinterland. You'll get a unique chance to take in all that the Noosa area Has to offer. .The course features the infamous 2km Garmin Hill Climb 10km into the ride, you'll need to use your leg power here!
ASICS Run Course
10km of fast and flat roads along Noosa Parade, with the crowds cheering you on all the way to the finish line. 5 Aid stations out on the course will keep you well hydrated and get you to the famous Noosa Tri Blue Carpet finish line.
Transition
Situated on the soft green grass of Noosa Lions Park, transition is divided into two areas...individuals and teams. Your colour-coded ID wristband will allow you access but you have to remember where you racked your bike!
